What is Zeffy? 

Zeffy is a Montreal-based nonprofit that offers an alternative to Eventbrite for ticket sales.  Eventbrite's fees can be up to 10% of the ticket sale. This means nonprofits raising funds for their cause do not receive 100% of the ticket sale; at least 10% goes to fees.

Trace the Lace chose to fundraise on Zeffy to receive 100% of your gift. Zeffy is a Canadian nonprofit helping nonprofits! You will notice on your ticket checkout the option to donate to Zeffy. This is how they make money: through optional donations for ticket buyers. You can choose to donate or not.

What is the Refund Policy?

There will be no refunds.  We will use all funds for our mission - Shining the light on laced drugs and bringing a stop to the trafficking of laced drugs in our communities.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at 5:30 pm for check-in.

Is there a vegetarian option for dinner?

Yes.

Are drinks included?

No. There will be a cash bar for beverages. 

Is this a cashless event?

No. Cash, Credit and Debit will be accepted. (Cash only for raffle tickets) 

Will I receive a tax receipt?

No. At this time, Trace the Lace is a registered nonprofit. We require charitable status to issue tax receipts. When we have our charitable status, a tax receipt will be issued for future events and donations. Until then, know that all funds raised will be used for our mission—shining the light on laced drugs and bringing a stop to the trafficking of laced drugs in our communities.
